•     – These retreats work best in the late spring and fall. October is a particularly perfect time because of weather and leaf peeping! Winter retreats are available but participants must be ready for fickle weather and snowy activities.

Then decide on programming and LVR engagement level

•      – Who is leading the program
•          – A outside speaker/teacher – on you to find
•          – Your pastor or church leader
•          – The LVR staff
•      – What activities do you want on site
•          – Hiking, fishing, archery, and ball sports do not require our staff
•          – Climbing, rappelling, zip line, swing, gun range, high ropes and bouldering do require our staff
