Counselor In Training Session 1
CIT's will stay 2 weeks learning the ins and outs of becoming a camp counselor. They will meet daily with the J-Staff coordinator to approach weaknesses, grow in their strengths and set goals. Eventually CIT's will be paired up with a counselor to shadow and work with the group. Must be 15 or older.
